TRANSLATION: “Hey, I think I've found a way out! Give me your hand. No ? Would you rather stay in the mine shaft? As you wish! This last song is called 'Dance Skeletons Dance'. It was originally called 'Ghost Train', but I couldn't think of anything to write about a ghost train. Believe it or not, I wanted this song to sound like Iggy and the Stooges doing a Renaissance reel at a Beltane party. And that's what it would sound like! There's mandolin, fiddle, accordion, castanets pretending to be skeleton bones. I didn't have any skeleton bones in the studio... back then! I want to thank you for descending into the “Mineshaft Rabbit Hole” with me and experiencing the difficulties and strangeness of the Mojave and Sonoran deserts and our “Mojave” album. Stay cool. We love you! Join the mailing list, we'll have a lot of fun. We talk about lots of weird and strange stuff and we want to know you're one of our strange people! See you soon. Thanks again! Bye!”
